Employment outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including your background, qualifications, experience, market conditions, and employer decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information required for service delivery. Victory Resume Works is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations supplied by the client.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

All orders are processed through WooCommerce. By placing an order, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before any work begins.

5. Revisions

Each service tier includes a specified number of revisions.

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount are available for an additional fee, as published on our site.

6. Deliverables & Usage

All documents delivered are for personal use only by the purchasing client.
Victory Resume Works retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable samples of work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once work has begun. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us promptly at Contact@victoryresumeworks.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Victory Resume Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
