At Victory Resume Works, we provide customized resume writing, CV development, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, and other career branding services. Because all services are personalized and tailored to each client’s individual background and career goals, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once work has begun.
1. No Returns

All services provided by Victory Resume Works are custom and therefore non-returnable.

Once a project has been initiated, no cancellations or returns will be processed.
2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with employment outcomes, as we cannot control external factors such as job market conditions, employer decisions, or individual qualifications.
3. No Guarantee of Success

Victory Resume Works provides professional writing and branding services intended to improve the quality, presentation, and competitiveness of your career documents.

While our services are designed to increase your visibility and enhance your chances of securing interviews, we do not and cannot guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.
4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions as described at the time of purchase.

Additional revisions may be purchased for an additional fee.

Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
